Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 5–21 business days for processing depending on the product ordered. You will be notified when your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers We ship via a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. Lost or damaged packages are outside of our control; however, we want you to be happy with your experience.
